LEO-Scan
External reformer tube inspection system. Eddy current and multi-axis laser measurements identify cracking, creep expansion and wall defects. The method requires no couplant or tube cleaning.
LEO-iScan
Internal reformer tube inspection system. Eddy current probes and lasers assess cracking, creep and internal diameter changes from the flange to the catalyst support grid, typically during catalyst removal.
Tube Deflection Measurement
Integrated LEO-Scan measurement module. A MEMS-based inclinometer records tube bowing along the tube length to support condition assessment. This is an integrated module rather than a separately confirmed standalone product.
TubeLife
Proprietary remaining-life assessment software. FOERSTER combines inspection measurements with process information and shutdown history to assess remaining reformer tube life and support maintenance planning.
Remaining Life Assessment is a separate FOERSTER service. Standalone software licensing and availability are subject to confirmation.
