Radiography Testing (RT)
Skydew Energy Services (SES) Ltd is expert in Radiography Testing (RT) using the conventional film radiography or the Digital Radiography Testing (DRT) technology to inspect the internal structure of assets in the oil and gas, power generation, aerospace, etc. Convectional radiography requires use of radiographic film to capture images through the use of x-ray or gamma ray.
The digital radiography testing requires the use of either special phosphor screens for Computed Radiography (CRT) or flat panels containing micro-electronic sensors for Direct Digital Radiography (DDR) to capture images.

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Skydew Energy Services (SES) Ltd provides Magnetic Particles testing (MT) service to client using either Wet Magnetic Particle Testing (WMPT) or the Dry Magnetic Particle Testing (DMPT) to detect surface or subsurface defects in ferromagnetic material.
In any of the methods, our technicians magnetize a ferromagnetic material and apply finely-milled iron particles coated with a dye pigment to it. The particles indicate discontinuities in the material by clustering directly over it, which can be visually detected under proper lighting conditions.

Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)

Liquid penetrant testing involves the application of a fluid with low viscosity to the material to be tested. This fluid seeps into any defects such as cracks or porosity before a developer is applied which allows the penetrant liquid to seep upwards and create a visible indication of the flaw. Liquid penetrant tests can be conducted using solvent removable penetrants, water washable penetrants or post-emulsifiable penetrants.
Hardness Testing
Hardness testing is âa test to determine the resistance which a material exhibits to permanent deformation by penetration of another harder material.
